All orders are processed within the same day or 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email depending on the time of day and shipping method. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Due to the impacts of COVID-19 on global logistics, Everglim may be shipping orders to arrive earlier than the selected delivery date.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on the calendar selection made on the cart page, your zip code, shipping method and products in your cart.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS and costs vary depending on the country selected at checkout. The countries that we currently ship to are listed below. Check back frequently as we continuously update our serviced countries. 

All Rose Box are eligible to ship outside the U.S. to Canada. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items 

Additional Information & Fraud Verification

Some orders may require additional processing time in the case of order or identity verification. Since we use a Third-Party Verification system, we have to wait until clearance is received before dispatching an order that has been flagged. Our team will notify the customer by email for any orders that are flagged in our system.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Delivery Insurance

All orders shipped both domestically or internationally come with package insurance.

Return Policy:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, flowers untouched, in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return question at info@everglim.com.
